Walkthrough & Pricing Policy

• All pricing is provided only after a free on-site walkthrough

• Walkthroughs allow us to baseline cleanliness and assess scope accurately

• Pricing may vary based on square footage, condition, frequency, and urgency

No verbal or written pricing provided online should be considered final without a walkthrough.

Cleaning Service Types

Top-to-Bottom Cleaning

Required for all new clients to establish a baseline level of cleanliness.

Maintenance Cleaning

Scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to maintain established standards.

Emergency Cleaning

Short-notice services (typically within 24–48 hours).
Existing maintenance clients receive priority scheduling for emergencies.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate property access and information

• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available when required

• Remove or secure sensitive or valuable items prior to service

Tidy Places is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured valuables.

Insurance & Liability

Tidy Places is fully insured. While every precaution is taken, our liability is limited to the terms outlined in our service agreement following a walkthrough.

Any concerns or damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Scheduled services may require advance notice for changes or cancellations

• Emergency cleans are subject to availability

• Missed appointments due to lack of access may be subject to a service fee
